In 2019, Nancy O’Neale wrote the book, Fire Your Job! Be Your Own Boss! Once she wrote the book, she realized that new business owners needed a strategy or customized training program to start their sales careers.

In January 2020, Ms. O’Neale quickly formed the Detroit Business Hub Group (DBHG) – a team of the best and brightest real estate and financial services industry sales professionals.

Since developing DBHG, Nancy and her coaching team, with over 100 years of combined business experience, have helped hundreds of new business owners through their in-person seminar sponsored by Ellis Liddell with ELE Wealth Management, social media webinars, and the Detroit Business Hub Group Starter Toolkit Course available through Teachable.com.

In just one year, Detroit Business Hub Group, an IRS recognized 501 (c) (6) membership organization, has received multiple funds through Kiva, Lake Trust Credit Union’s Giveback Campaign matching community crowdfund, and a grant to build a website through the Michigan SBDC as part of a Cares Act Service.
